Yasmin Aladad Khan

Pn. Yasmin Aladad Khan brings over four (4) decades of experience in banking, logistics and corporate leadership across Asia Pacific. She offers the Board valuable strategic insight, commercial acumen and governance expertise, underpinned by her Master of Business Administration from the University of Aston, Birmingham, United Kingdom. A strong advocate for women in leadership, she has mentored female executives across the region and is recognised for her strategic foresight, customer-centric approach and deep understanding of regional markets and stakeholder dynamics.

Pn. Yasmin currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Singapore Post Limited, and as an Independent Commissioner of PT XL Axiata Tbk. Her extensive experience in governance, risk management and sustainability, combined with her proven leadership across diverse sectors, will be instrumental in supporting CIMB’s strategic priorities and long-term growth. Pn. Yasmin’s extensive leadership experience, strong governance foundation and commitment to sustainability will further enhance the diversity and effectiveness of CIMB’s Board. Her strategic perspective and ability to navigate complex business environments are expected to play a pivotal role in supporting CIMB’s long-term growth and regional ambitions.
