The Complete Banker Digital is a one-year graduate programme to groom, nurture and equip high potential fresh graduates in technology disciplines to become part of CIMB’s tech workforce.

Criteria

 

  • 25 years old and younger
  • At minimum a Diploma in digital tech related courses
  • Good CGPA
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent grades in related subjects

Our Programme

Intensive curriculum centered around our firm, our businesses and our technology. The training will span one month and will run concurrently alongside professional development and career mapping opportunities through real-life case studies, projects and field trips.

Role rotations across two different business units. These units will be chosen to complement your career track, helping you to develop a deeper understanding of our organization.

You will participate in and contribute to projects that directly impact the company’s operations. Throughout this time, you will receive invaluable and rigorous coaching from our team of mentors.

Recruitment Process And Intake Details

STAGE 1

Send in your application and answer a few simple questions

STAGE 2

Shortlisted applicants will receive an email to take part in our fun online games that will assess your cognitive ability and thinking skills

STAGE 3

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a digital interview

STAGE 4

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to our assessment centre where they will try to get out of an Escape Room followed by taking part in an individual face-to-face interview

STAGE 5

Shortlisted applicants will undergo a final interview
