Kuala Lumpur: CIMB Bank and ERAMAN Malaysia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, are pleased to announce that they have entered into an exclusive agreement to extend their strategic partnership. This renewed partnership, which also comes with even better benefits for CIMB Bank credit and debit cardmembers, was sealed together in a signing ceremony and campaign launch of “Spend and Win - Bring Home Great Gifts Wrapped in Joy” in Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

The duty free privileges apply to a wide range of merchandise, such as fragrances, cosmetics, chocolates, liquor, fashion apparels and accessories. CIMB Bank cardmembers such as Visa Signature, Platinum, Gold, Classic, Debit and Kwik cards will continue to enjoy 10% discount in these categories while CIMB Preferred Visa Infinite cardmembers continue to benefit from 15% discount on their duty free purchases. Additionally, this premier card privilege of 15% discount has been extended to include CIMB WORLD MasterCard and Visa INFINITE cardmembers.
In addition to the 10% and 15% discounts at duty free outlets, CIMB Bank cardmembers can now get 15% discount at ERAMAN’s other Retail and Dining outlets such as Swarovski, Thomas Sabo, Oroton, Kipling, Barbara Rihl, Bibik Heritage, Gloria Jean's Coffee, Pasta Mania, Bar Metropole and many more.
Cardmembers can enjoy these extensive discounts at ERAMAN duty free, dining and retail outlets at various locations, namely Kuala Lumpur International Airport, KLIA2, Penang International Airport, Kota Kinabalu International Airport, Kuching International Airport and Sultan Ismail Petra, Kota Bharu Airport.
On top of that, CIMB Bank cardmembers with credit card bonus points can redeem their points, either in full or partially, for ERAMAN products under the Bank’s ‘Pay with Points’ programme.
In conjunction with the signing ceremony, Datuk Badlisham Ghazali and Dato’ Sulaiman Mohd Tahir unveiled the “Spend and Win - Bring Home Great Gifts Wrapped in Joy” campaign which starts today till 31 August 2015. Cardmembers will earn one contest entry for every RM250 cumulative spending in a single day during the campaign period. There will be a total of 100 prizes comprises of fabulous holiday packages, shopping sprees and ERAMAN vouchers. The top three prizes are holiday packages to Switzerland, Morocco and Greece. The fourth to tenth winners will each get a 20 seconds shopping spree at selected ERAMAN outlets where they could grab all their favourite items within a given time frame. In addition, 40 winners will get ERAMAN vouchers worth RM350 each and 50 winners will get ERAMAN vouchers worth RM200 each.
Apart from the “Spend and Win” contest, under the ‘Gift with Purchase’ campaign during the period of 16 June till 31 July 2015, cardmembers will be rewarded with RM50 ERAMAN vouchers when they spend a minimum of RM500 and above on total nett bill in a single day at ERAMAN duty free outlets.
