Datin Grace Yeoh is an alumna of the United World College of South East Asia. She was called to the English Bar in 1984 and to the High Court of Malaya in 1985.
She has been in active practice since 1985 and is currently a partner of Shearn Delamore & Co. where she heads the Corporate and Commercial Law Department as well as the Energy, Natural Resources & Green Technology Practice Group. Prior to joining the Corporate and Commercial Law Department, she was a member of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group for more than 10 years.
Datin Grace has been involved in the editing of the CCH Malaysian and Singapore Company Law and Practice Manual and has written and contributed to publications such as Getting the Deal Through - Insolvency and Restructuring and Global M&A.
Currently Datin Grace also sits on the Board of Directors of Bursa Malaysia Berhad, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and Bursa Malaysia Securities Clearing Sdn Bhd. She is the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and a member of the Governance and Nomination Committee of Bursa Malaysia Berhad.
