Consumer Banking
Islamic Banking
Asset Management
Group-wide shared services
Soft skill training
Learning during the 2 months emphasizes on acquiring product and market knowledge, problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills, reinforced by real-life case studies, group projects and field trips.
Rotations
In line with the Programme's objective to foster universal bankers, TCB Associates are given practical hands-on experience in both investment banking and consumer banking through on-the-job rotations to the following business units, for a period of 10 months:
