| Responsibilities |

- Negotiating with prospective landlords for new site acquisition
- Maintain good rapport with landlords for future renewal discussions
- Assist business units when sourcing for new premises
- Provide input on property matters within the Group
- Periodical reporting of assigned portfolios
- Source and expand a diverse network of property consultants throughout Malaysia to improve market intelligence
- Carry out due diligence exercise for properties when required by entities within the group due to eg. sale and leaseback, tender exercises
- Capable of carrying out tender exercise for properties owned by the Group
- Maintain the tenancy register assigned
- Assist on a periodical basis to update the Bank's property register
- Assist in updating property information for the preparation of Annual Reports

| Requirements |
: |
- MinimumĀ 3 years prior working experience in Property Management or Real Estate related background
- Good command of written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Well versed with Microsoft Office applications i.e. MS Word, Excel and MS Powerpoint
- High level of commitment and very motivated to work in a rapidly expanding organization
- Able to multi-task effectively with good decision making skills
- Team player and can work well with others
- Preferably having their own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
